Requirements:

Minimum and Additional Requirements 
A bachelor's degree and related training development program experience.  

Preferred Qualifications 
Preferred Master's or equivalent education, training & experience combination.

Job Description:

Plan, design, develop, coordinate and administer organizational development contract training for business and industry. Serves as program manager, specializing in professional development areas such as leadership, management, and communication. This individual will also oversee the management of the personal enrichment and community interest course offerings.
