REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor?s degree in Computer Science, Information Technologies or related field; or Associate degree in Computer Science, Computer Technology or related field plus two (2) years of experience in support and troubleshooting of computer equipment, office automation systems, processing of information or installation of hardware or software; or high school diploma plus four (4) years of experience in support and troubleshooting of computer equipment, office automation systems, or installation of hardware and software.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Certifications such as A+, Network+ and MSDST
Work independently with faculty and staff at the College?s Evans Center in Downtown Spartanburg to evaluate and resolve their software and/or hardware problems. Setup, maintain, troubleshoot, support, modify all personal computer software, hardware and peripherals including but not limited to desktop, laptop, and tablet PCs, network printers, telephones, etc., as well as provide instruction and consultation.
