Wages/Salary: $26,583 - $30,072 based on no experience. 3 weeks paid vacation, 3 weeks paid sick leave, 13 paid holidays, 15 days of military leave per year. SCDC is a qualified employer for the Student Loan Forgiveness Program and the Veterans Administration On The Job Training Program.
Requirements:
US Citizenship, 21 years old, HS diploma or GED, valid driver's license. Must pass a physical exam and academic training.
Job Description:
Provides security, custody and control of both young offenders and adult straight time offenders in a medium custody correctional setting.
Schedule:
12 hour shift with no rotation. 2 weekends off per month. Work only 14 days per month.
