Minimum Requirements: A Bachelor’s degree and one to three years of work experience in student services programs. A valid driver's license and safe driving history are required. Must have strong skills in providing excellent customer service and demonstrate strong ethics. 

Preferred Qualifications: Master’s Degree and experience in student service programs. 

Job Description:

Under the supervision of the Assistant Director for Housing Business Operations and Assignments, the Customer Relations and Specialized Assignments Coordinator provides customer and administrative support both internally and externally for the Department of Housing and Residence Life. Provides customer support for current and potential resident students and various university stakeholders. Organizes, plans, and administers assignments for students requiring specific housing accommodations including but not limited to: student athletes, international students, ADA accommodations, and LivingLearning Communities. Coordinates coverage for the central Housing Office front desk and serves in an administrative capacity by relaying departmental voice-mails and maintaining an adequate inventory of office supplies and housing keys.

8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m., Monday – Friday
