Requirements:

• College degree with technical or business major plus eight years field sales experience or equivalent.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Must project a cooperative and positive attitude toward customers, employees and the Company.
• Must have strong analytical and problem solving skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in an organized manner.
• Excellent computer skills including Excel, Access, PowerPoint and Word.

Job Description:

• Provide direction, guidance, support and advice to an authorized designated distributor network. Acts as a liaison between distributors and regional/headquarters sales and service personnel and other KU departments.
• Analyze market condition using all available industry and KU data to identify problem areas. Work with Sales Director and Business Manager to develop an effective system to improve and rectify problem areas.
• Resonsible for improving and acquiring new distribution in uncommited territorial region
• Assist the Sales Director with the preparation of region JMP objectives and operating expense.
• Work closely with Distributors principals / managers to formulate and obtain annual JMP objectives and support distributor action plan.
• Assist Distributors directly in developing its utility market by working closely with distributor sales personnel and end-user.
• Provide routine up to date distributor information and progress to Director of Sales and Business Manager (headquarters).
• Be prepared to conduct regional distributor sales and product training / meetings. Keep distributors informed of sales programs (Price & Policy Letters) and new product introductory.
