A high school diploma and experience in office automation systems, data communications system design, installation, operation, repair, sales or marketing, or processing of information in a data processing environment. An associate's degree or a bachelor's degree in computer science or related area may be substituted for the required work experience.
This individual will collect, manage and transfer donor files to facilitate ETV Fundraising using several utilities. Training will be provided. Database management expertise (using Excel or Access) highly desired. The individual will be responsible for set-up, strike and general oversight and troubleshooting for pledge computers, printers and associated equipment during fundraising campaigns. Individual will assist with program schedule input into TRAC utility prior to campaigns to facilitate data collection, assist department director in improving data collection methods and work collaboratively across departments and with outside vendors to assure seamless interfacing through program updates. Assist department director on other tasks and campaigns as assigned.
