Forklift Operators

• Able to work in a non-air-conditioned area

• Manually lift up, carry, pushing, pulling, up to 50 lbs

• Stand 40% and walking 30%, sitting 30% of the time

• Stooping, Kneeling, Crouching 5% of the time

• No fear of heights (up to and over 10 feet high)

• Working close proximity to load lifting and moving machinery

• Conscientious of accuracy in work assignment

• Work well with diverse groups of people of different cultures and ethnicity

• Willingness to work weekends and overtime as needed.

• Meet company guidelines for attendance

• Manual dexterity

• Communicate effectively

• Must be able to read and recognize (English) numbers and letters

• Perform basic math

• Write legibly

• Allocating resources to move product into the facility and to forward locations accurately and efficiently

• Must be able to effectively use WMS and assigned equipment

• Read and audit product accurately 

• Willing to change priorities at a shirt notice

• Flexibility to work in other areas of the distribution center as required by Supervisor
