- 1-2 years professional graphic design experience

The role of our Graphic Designer & CRM Coordinator is fun, creative, challenging and detail-oriented. The ideal candidate is familiar with or comfortable learning customer relationship management (CRM) systems, but already has a background in graphic design and creating marketing emails to support consumer campaigns.
The position requires the candidate to work independently and dependably. He/she will support digital marketing and e-commerce operations, collaborating actively with a talented group of merchandising and e-commerce team members. The role is one of high visibility— responsible for developing the key marketing engagement element for our high-volume online stores to acquire customers and keep our relationships thriving.
Job Responsibilities
- Manage email creation for multiple brands in a new CRM platform that allows for the creation of workflows for segmented, personalized customer marketing
- Coordinate and collaborate with a multi-functional team of merchants, web designers, and ecommerce team members to ensure emails are engaging and fit with the online consumer experience and overall marketing direction
- Analyze competitor samples to determine best-in-class approaches for multiple brands
- Employ effective marketing strategies and best practices for e-commerce and email marketing
- Attend meetings and trainings with marketing teams and merchants
- Consistently drive technical, operational and process improvements
- Develop graphic and image assets for both content marketing and digital marketing efforts
- Ensure accuracy of email content and proactively initiate improvements
