Requirements:
- 1-2 years Customer Service Experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft office and general computer use
- Organizational, planning and prioritization skills
- Able to work 25-40 hours per week, nights, weekends and holidays
Job Description:
- Welcome and greet guests and visitors making them feel comfortable and valued during their stay.
- Guest check-in/checkout
- Keep front desk tidy and presentable with all necessary material.
- Answer questions and address issues, coordinating with housekeeping and maintenance.
- Write work orders for maintenance issues
- Answer all incoming calls and emails and redirect them to the appropriate department head.
- Keep updated records and files on customer and group accounts.
- Take on other duties as assigned by supervisor.
Schedule:
-First and Second shifts, average 25-40 hours per week
-Some nights, weekend and holidays maybe required
