Job Description:

Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated intern to support our Senior Process Improvement & Planning Manager at our manufacturing facility. This role offers hands-on experience in supporting the day-to-day operations of a manufacturing environment, focusing on process efficiency, production support, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

    • Assist in collecting and analyzing production and operational data to identify trends and support decision-making.
    • Help coordinate manufacturing projects, track progress, and ensure alignment with production schedules.
    • Support documentation and optimization of manufacturing workflows and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
    • Collaborate with production, quality, and maintenance teams to facilitate smooth operations and effective communication.
    • Participate in daily operations meetings and continuous improvement initiatives.
    • Assist with inventory tracking, materials management, and logistical support as needed.
    • Support administrative tasks including reporting, scheduling, and preparation of operational documents.
