Requirements:

High School diploma and one (1) year experience in the operation of computers required. Preferred requirements: Associate?s Degree and one (1) year of related work experience or a High School diploma and three (3) years of related work experience. Ability to establish and maintain positive working relationships with faculty, staff, and students and experience working in a technical team environment is essential. Must be available to occasionally work additional hours. Must be willing to work flexible hours, including evening and weekend hours as required. Limited travel may be required.

Job Description:

Provide technical support for the College computer hardware and software; including system configuration, loading operating systems and software, network configuration, imaging, installation, monitoring, supporting and troubleshooting. Provide support to faculty and staff through the operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of multimedia equipment.
