MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
A bachelor's degree in a related medical or scientific discipline; or an associate degree or equivalent training in a related medical, scientific or technical discipline and journey-level work experience in a related field. Prefer experience with human patient simulator (i.e. Laerdal & Gaumard) operation to include programming, maintenance, and simple repair; experience with MS Office programs.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's degree and prior experience with human simulators and the delivery of simulation experiences in health care training; prior clinical experience in a related health care field such as EMS/paramedic, nursing and/or respiratory therapy.
In this challenging role, you will support the STAT Center department at Greenville Technical College. Duties may include any or all of the following: -To serve as the medical simulation specialist in the Simulation Technologies and Training Center (STAT Center). -Assist the technical and physical operation of the STAT Center for Greenville Technical College. Duties include operation, maintenance, programming, and troubleshooting of all types of high fidelity simulators and specialty medical equipment used to deliver life-like medical clinical experiences for faculty and students in the Health Sciences and Nursing Division.
