Exceed Landscape Solutions has been providing quality landscape design and installation throughout South Carolina since 1998. We install and maintain both commercial and residential properties.
We are looking for a self-motivated, professional leader to manage/lead our enhancement team. You must be efficient in time management and ensure that customer expectations are met.
The enhancement manager/crew leader must be able to successfully manage a minimum of two crews, and have several years of experience in landscaping, hardscapes, and irrigation construction to include: production, scheduling, customer service, training, etc. Conducting regular site inspections and hands-on leadership skills are required. Candidates must possess basic computer skills and be proficient in Word and Excel. Excellent customer service skills with written and verbal communication skills a must. Valid SC driver's license and excellent driving record required. This position will require heavy lifting, extensive walking and exposure to outdoor weather conditions.
