Minimum and Additional Requirements
An Associate Degree with demonstrated related administrative experience or a high school education and one (1) year of demonstrated related work experience. This position requires proficiency in Microsoft Office; effective oral and written communications skills; sound judgment; and the ability to work well with the general public and other faculty and staff members.

- The ability to deliver effective service to prospective and current students in a supportive and professional manner.
- Flexibility to work in a multi-campus environment with possible evening hours required
- Flexibility in work hours depending on testing schedule.
- The ability and willingness to travel to multiple testing locations as needed.
Reporting to the Assistant Director of Admissions/Enrollment Service Operations, the testing specialist assists with administration of college placement testing services, high school testing, administration of make-up and proctored testing, and online testing, and provides information and support for prospective and current students seeking to utilize testing services on multiple campuses.
