Job Description:

We looking for an optimistic individual to join and assist our real estate team manage their day to day operations. Be the glue to our schedule and administrative world.. There is so much room for growth and experience, your responsibilities will be the following.  

Responsibilities:

•You'd be working directly with the agents, in the mission to provide a pathway to homeownership 

•Lives in the now

•Manages the daily personal & professional tasks for the agents

•Handles all communication on behalf of the executive (calls, email, social media, staff questions, meeting follow-up, etc.)

•Prioritizes items that need the agents attention

•Manages schedules, appointments, and travel (personal & professional)

•Plans and organizes events such as meetings, conferences, interviews, podcasts, training events, business dinners, etc

•Manages expense reports

•Prepares information and research for agents

•Works with our designers and web developers to bring ideas to reality

•Assists in Video coaching calls, liaison for questions, etc

•Edits copy/content with an efficient, keen eye for detail

•Maintains personal legal contracts

•Coordinates maintenance of personal properties

•Establishes & maintains relationships with service providers

•Completes purchases & errands (personal & professional)

•Creates and maintains a workout schedule, manages health tracking, coordinates personal training, and nutritional needs

•Manages automobile servicing & maintenance

•Other duties as requir

Schedule:
Monday-Friday
Available, if needed on weekends.
