Requirements:

?Basic Qualifications:
?Bachelor?s degree in engineering or business
?Five (5) years experience in manufacturing operations production control and/or supervision
Position Criteria:
?Extensive knowledge of electricity, product design criteria, and mechanical and machine operations in order to analyze and resolve complex and highly technical product design and production process problems.
?Working knowledge of business systems, accounting systems, industrial engineering, and manufacturing operations and processes.
?Ability to plan and schedule major manufacturing workloads to support the sales and inventory objectives of the company
?Ability to utilize available materials to optimize customer satisfaction in the areas of design, quality, and on-time delivery.
Preferred Qualifications:
?Masters in engineering or MBA

Job Description:

Plan, staff, and manage manufacturing functions to produce products, coordinate and oversee manufacturing operations to ensure the timely delivery of components or finished parts that meet cost and quality standards and desired quality standards; plan and oversee design criteria, standards, methods, and procedures for all manufacturing product lines; provide experienced senior technical guidance; plan and coordinate manufacturing or support schedules; manage plant operations and schedules to ensure the most effective use of personnel, materials, equipment and other company resources. Manage and coordinate the quality assurance activities for all products manufactured by the site plan and manage statistical quality control activities to ensure the conformance of manufactured products/equipment with product design specifications and plant quality requirements.
