Requirements:

A high school diploma and four (4) years of relevant program experience; or an approved
equivalence in accordance with State Human Resources Regulations. A bachelor's degree may
be substituted for required work experience.
ADDITIONAL COMMENTS:
Must be able to work in an open workspace environment. Must be able to sit for long periods of
time and process multiple visitors at one time. Must adhere to a structured work schedule. May
be required to work outside the normal schedule work week, especially during inclement
weather.

Job Description:

Welcomes visitors by greeting them in person and answering or referring inquiries. Consistently meets unit goals and objectives as defined for quality customer service. Maintains security by
following procedures; monitoring logbook; issuing visitor badges. Directs visitors by maintaining
employee and department directories; giving instructions. Assists Customer service Center by
answering phones, communicating with customers who have requests for information or
services, logging call information accurately so it is routed to the appropriate area of the agency
for resolution, and tracking requests to resolution. Maintains a safe and clean reception area by
complying with procedures, rules and regulations. Performs other duties as assigned.

Schedule:
Monday - Friday (8:30 - 5:00)
