- Complete Phase 1 Pre-construction objectives
- Develop project objectives by reviewing proposals and plans, conferring with management
- Determine project specifications by studying product design, customer requirements, contract scope, and performance standards
- Determines project schedule by studying project plan and specifications; calculating time requirements; sequencing project elements.
- Generate and deliver to the operations team appropriate scopes, plans, layouts, and other jobs pertinent information
- Produce electrical estimates to ensure all bill of materials are ready for ordering by the project manager
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field a plus, but not required

The Project Administrator will have previous knowledge and experience with the following skills:
- Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Bluebeam Revu a plus
- CAD/drawing software a plus
- Exceptional documentation skills
- Highly self-motivated and directed
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills, with a focus on rapport-building, listening and questioning skills
- Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment
- Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
- Successful completion of pre-employment screening
