A high school diploma and six (6) years of experience in records management, information systems or office administration; or an approved acceptable equivalence in accordance with State Human Resources Regulations.
Under limited supervision, manages records and information management programs for
SCDOT. Provides technical advice and training to SCDOT division officers in the areas of automated records and information management technology. Assists in scanning, filing,retrieving and printing of original contracts. Lifts up to 25 pounds. Stoops, bends and reaches for filing purposes. Provides administrative support as requested by management.
