Job Description:

This position provides administrative and marketing support to the Recruiting and Human Resources departments by performing the following duties: Adherence to SYKES policies on ethics and integrity; Coordinate the flow of applicants through the interview and new hire onboarding process; Use Microsoft Office programs to update flyers and social media with current details of hiring events; Provide own transportation to drive to local vendors to pick up recruiting items and distribute printed advertisements; Assists in the planning of and participates in community outreach events; Perform general clerical duties as required; May perform other additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.
