Nurse Resident will experience rotations at Palmetto Health?s hospitals: Palmetto Health Richland, Palmetto Health Baptist and Palmetto Health Parkridge.
? Our Nurse Residency Program combines quality classes, core curriculum, simulation, one-on-one skills validation, hands-on application with clinical mentors and professional development
? Nurse residents can participate in the Critical Care Academy, the Emergency Department Academy or the Medical-Surgical Specialty Academy to find the right fit, in the right specialty and with the right team within Palmetto Health.
? Nurse residents who successfully complete the Nurse Residency Program will be offered a position to a home unit by requesting leaders and peers who represent the resident?s units of interest.
