What You’ll Do
· Research and source local produce and suppliers
· Assist with purchasing produce and dry goods
· Support weekly menu planning based on seasonality and cost
· Track inventory and recommend reorder points
· Assist in rollout of new product launches
· Collaborate with Marketing & Product Development teams
· Support timelines, materials, and coordination
· Track progress and identify execution gaps
· Provide daily support for sales initiatives
· Assist with order coordination and communication
· Organize sales materials and customer support needs
