Job Description:

Responsible for coordinating with field personnel in the management of sales and marketing functions. Develop and implement sales plans and marketing strategies to support Company objectives for optimum market penetrations at rates consistent with short and long term business goals. Responsible for the development, oversight and execution of effective sales and marketing strategies and tactics to grow Charter's customer base. Difference between Sales and Marketing Director I and Sales and Marketing Director II is based on size of the KMA.
