Associates Degree in Accounting with a minimum of 2 years experience in accounting or Bachelor?s Degree in Accounting with a minimum of 1 year experience in Accounting. Proficient in Excel.

Job Description:

Reconciles all HUD property bank statements and prepares monthly financial analysis.
Reconciles Board bank statement, Client account bank statement and Household account bank statement. Prepares monthly analysis for the Board. Assists the Finance Director in preparing the monthly budget analysis. Analyzes the general ledger accounts. Tracks fixed assets. Prepares the Hours Summary report for Residential.
Prepares the Hours Summary report for Evergreen Skills. Assists the Finance Director with yearly budget. Tracks food vouchers. Prepares excel spreadsheets as needed for financial analysis. Prepare Medicaid Cost Reports.
