Job Description:

Requisitions and issues parts, equipment and supplies. Receives, checks quality and quantity of supplies and equipment for compliance with purchase order specifications and reports discrepancies. Maintains detailed inventory records of supplies and equipment on hand. Issues parts, equipment and supplies; charges items to correct accounts. Performs periodic inventories as necessary. Assists in coordinating the receiving, storage, and disposal of obsolete, junked, and unserviceable property. Maintains daily UST leak detection reports for DHEC reporting. Maintains records for fuel transactions. Trains to serve as credit card liaison for Supply Specialist III. Administers and implements stock rotation schedule. Assists users in identifying parts and supplies by the use of vendor catalogs.

Monday - Friday (8:30 - 5:00)/ Full-Time
