QUALIFICATIONS:

•2 years experience manufacturing with roll to roll machine operation or high speed equipment. Pick and place/flip-chip bonders and controls is a plus.
•Minimum High School diploma or GED equivalent. Acceptable mechanical aptitude and ability to perform basic math functions (obtain passing score on Piedmont Tech skills assessment). Flexible – willing to work flexible hours and overtime.
•Reliable – good attendance and safety record
•Two year degree in relevant quality, engineering, electronics or other comparable professional training and certification is a plus.
•Knowledge of standard procedures and practices with the ability to read, interpret, explain and follow Company procedures and policies is required.
•Ability to promote harmonious working relationships with Company staff and outside business representatives. Skill in communicating, in verbal and written form, both in customer service and vendor management.
•Skill in recording information accurately and neatly, with minimal rework required. Skill in compiling and re-organizing information as required by engineering staff is an advantage.
•Basic computer skills a plus.
•Ability to perform lifting of 25-40 pounds and move 50-125 pounds using proper moving equipment.

Job Description:

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Operation of RFID Flip Chip Assembly Line, Tag Assembly Line and other related equipment to support RFID startup and production.

•Operation of the RFID Flip Chip assembly line or Tag Assembly Line and other related duties.
•Set up of standard products, adhesive and wafer handling and loading, process recipe setup and testing as required.
•Operate vision inspection and registration system.
•Perform routine preventative maintenance and repairs and assist maintenance/setup personnel as needed.
•Assist with operating other machinery such as slitting, rewinding, inspection, and core cutter, ovens, die shear, etc.
•Maintain high standard of housekeeping, keeping clean-room floors, walls, furniture and equipment clean and orderly.
•Follow clean-room protocol and perform daily, weekly and monthly clean-room cleaning and maintenance tasks.
•Produce error free paperwork in a timely manner.
•Be willing to accept flexible work schedule and meet production/customer requirements.
•Comply with all appropriate ISO procedures.
•Produce product in accordance with customer and company requirements.
•Comply with site policy, EHS and security requirements.
•Complete all required training sessions and actively participate on plant teams. Perform other duties as assigned.

Schedule:
Crew D: Friday, Saturday, Sunday, 6:00 PM to 6:05 AM, 36 hours worked + 4 hour weekend premium
