Requirements:

Bachelor's degree and two (2) years relevant experience in business management, public administration, or administrative services; or an associate's degree and four (4) years of relevant experience in business management, public administration, or administrative services.

Job Description:

Under the general supervision of the Vice President of Business Affairs, this employee will serve as the coordinator for general college activities during the evenings at the Central Campus location. The Evening Coordinator will serve as the primary contact for anyone who wishes to receive general or specific information regarding the college, admission procedures, and program areas. The Evening Coordinator is responsible for providing accurate and timely information and services concerning the college in all major areas, including but not limited to: Admissions, Financial Aid, Registration, Placement, Testing, Counseling, Continuing Education and special activities. The Evening Coordinator also assists with facilities administration, security, safety, and other activities as needed.

Schedule:
5:00 - 10:00 p.m., Monday - Thursday; 20 hours per week
