Requirements:
MINIMUM AND ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
A high school diploma and trade experience that is directly related to the area of employment.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
A high school diploma and five (5) years of experience in building maintenance. A valid SC Driver's License.
Job Description:
- Performs complex maintenance and repair tasks in such as carpentry, masonry, electricity, painting, drywall, plumbing, and some knowledge of heating, venting and air conditioning (HVAC). Responsible for maintenance at all ETV sites across South Carolina, including main site. Coordinates with finance and vendors, involving purchase orders and traveling to other sites.
- Initiates preventative maintenance; recommends improvements to increase the efficiency of equipment. Coordinates with all departments for the needs in their departments. Coordinates with security on card scanners functionality.
- Ensures compliance with safety and building codes. Make sure wearing PPE's when needed. Making sure ADA regulations are followed for all ongoing projects.
- Other duties as required, such as: event set up, yearly/monthly inspections, and monthly checklists.
Schedule:
Monday - Friday (8:30 - 5:00)
