Requirements:

The minimum requirements is to have a high school diploma and trade experience that is directly related to the area of employment. You will need to have thorough knowledge of tools, equipment, materials, as well as construction practices and procedures; ability to read through and understand blueprints, plans, and specifications. You must have finished carpentry skills and developed several years experience on the job. The job involves climbing ladders and scaffolds, crawling under buildings and above ceilings. You will have to make repairs to all roofs on campus buildings.

Job Description:

You will be under general supervision of the Master Trades Craftsman and Superintendent of Maintenance; perform skilled duties in maintenance and repair of University buildings and carry out small remodeling and renovation projects.

Schedule:
Your work hours are from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00p.m. on Monday through Friday.
