High school diploma, two years sales-relationship management experience; meet customer service training or equivalent certification requirements; ability to demonstrate courtesy and patience in customer relations; ability to use personal computer and software applications (i.e. word processing, Excel, Salesforce.com, CSG/ICOMS); and knowledge of service trouble shooting diagnostic procedures.
This position is responsible for all aspects of the pre- and post-sales support for Charter Business customers. This support will include responsibility for sales administration and back office operations installations and support of billing processes for all video, data and telephone services. This includes, but is not limited to: coordination of daily operations regarding billing, adjustments, installations, commissions, National Accounts support, Salesforce.com (customer records software) data entry, Bulk Services project coordination for sales and contract administration.
