Wages/Salary: STATE SALARY RANGE: $24,881.00 - $46,033.00 Annually AGENCY HIRING RANGE - MIN: $27,993.00 AGENCY HIRING RANGE - MAX: $46,033.00

Requirements:

An associate degree and three (3) years of related financial experience; or an approved acceptable equivalence in accordance with State Human Resources Regulations. A bachelor's degree with multiple accounting courses may be substituted for two (2) years of the required work experience.Experience with SCEIS. Experience with Excel, Word, ACCESS and Microsoft XP. Experience
with Comptroller General's regulations, coding structure and requirements.

Job Description:

Receives and processes for payment construction estimates, manual estimates and Site
Manager payments. Processes Right of Way payments and travel claims. Directs staff in
resolving problems that may arise with utility payments. Works with RCE's in resolving issues with the estimates. Communicates with contractors and subcontractors as needed. Maintains files for all projects within Site Manager. Supervises Fiscal Technicians.
