? Must have HS Diploma. 4-year degree preferred.
? Must have 1+ years of experience in an office environment, preferably in an HR or Recruiting/Staffing environment.
? Must be proficient in MS Word, Outlook, Excel and Internet Explorer. Strong data entry, computer and typing skills.
? Must live within a 30-minute commute to downtown Greenville.
? Must not currently be working in a permanent position.
? Must be available M-F 8:30-5:30am/ able to work 40 hours per week.
? Ability to work with a large group and take direction from multiple contacts.
? Must have strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
? Must have good written/verbal communication skills, and be comfortable speaking to all levels of employees on the phone and in person.
? Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.

Job Description:

? Provide administrative support to recruiting team.
? Call candidate references.
? Process criminal background checks, facilitate drug testing and education verifications.
? Administer personnel testing tools.
? Maintain database and candidate tracking spreadsheets.
? Assist recruiters with application processing at job fairs.
? Communicate updates to candidates via email and phone calls.
? Schedule candidate screening appointments and onsite interviews.
? Perform interview preparation calls with candidates.
? Compile interview packages.
? Additional administrative tasks as needed
