Job Description:

Under general supervision, provides a variety of complex administrative, clerical, technical and
support duties for a Construction Field Office. Maintains and monitors all documentation for
construction projects to ensure compliance, organization and completeness. Updates Road
Condition Spreadsheet weekly. Schedules, invites appropriate parties and keeps minutes to
all of the Construction-related meetings. Prepares, monitors and maintains all DBE paperwork
ensuring accuracy and completeness. Certifies contractor payrolls and compares to Davis Bacon
wage decisions and field interviews, notifies contractor of any discrepancies. Enters data
gathered by field personnel into appropriate forms. Prepares various letters and memos on
behalf of the RCE. Records consultant's time worked and verifies invoices. Submits and
monitors material certifications. Assists in project closeout. Serves as Human Resources Liaison.
Ensures all personnel documentation is maintained properly. Explains benefits, retirement and
other Departmental personnel policies and procedures. Orients new personnel to Departmental
policies and procedures and general safety. Serves as time administrator and checks time and
charge codes for accuracy for each employee. Monitors requests for leave. Enters shift
differential when required. Monitors missing time and time collisions and resolves issues as they
arise.
