Bachelor's degree and one (1) year related work experience; or Associate's degree and three (3) years related work experience; or a High School diploma and five (5) years related work experience.

Job Description:

Provides administrative support to the President and Area Commission, including,
telephone screening and coverage, taking messages or fielding/answering all routine
and non-routine questions; accurately composes and prepares letters, memos, and other forms of correspondence; distributes correspondence; and prepares PowerPoint
presentations. Prepares and sends annual mail outs. Plans, coordinates, and
schedules meetings and events. Maintains current contact information for Area
Commission, Legislative Delegation, and State and Local Government Officials for our
service area. Conducts confidential investigations to resolve student, parent,. or
community issues with tack, diplomacy, and protocol. Attends College events to
accommodate the President and Area Commission. Monitors compliance and balance
of all three President's Office budgets. Responsible for maintaining a current copy ofthe College Directives Manual. Performs other related duties as delegated by the
President. Some evening and weekend hours may be required.
