Requirements:

Minimum Requirements: High school diploma and strong work experience in an office setting. A valid driver's license and safe driving history. Must have strong skills in providing excellent customer service and demonstrate strong ethics.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Thorough knowledge of customer service practices. Impeccable phone skills. Excellent data entry skills. Knowledge of office management policies, practices, and procedures. Ability to exercise judgment and use discretion in interpreting and applying departmental policies and procedures. Must communicate effectively, presenting accurate information both orally and in writing

Job Description:

The Campus Visit Coordinator and Receptionist serves as first responder for all campus visitors and phone calls. Directs all university calls to departments around campus. Coordinates all weekday tour visits for Admissions. Responsible for processing, filing, and coordinating all incoming and outgoing admissions correspondence. Manages the office email and calendar. Processes and evaluates prospect and applicant data. Coordinates student workers.

Schedule:
University Hours: 8:00am – 5:00pm, Monday – Friday
Position Work Hours: 37.5 hours per week.
To include some nights and weekends
