Job Description:

Under general supervision, performs a variety of advanced administrative duties in a
Spartanburg Maintenance Office. Maintains complex filing system. Prepares, computes and types reports in personal computer. Assists with procurement duties in a busy maintenance office. Assists in the preparation of purchase orders in accordance with SCDOT regulations and contracts, obtains bids, orders supplies and submits invoices for payment. Maintain stockpile in the Highway Maintenance Management System (HMMS). Assists with incoming calls, takes request for work to be performed on State right of ways and enters information in the Highway Maintenance Management System (HMMS). Communicates with the general public in a professional manner. Operates two-way radio to communicate with field personnel. Assists office manager with checking payroll, time entry in Highway Maintenance Management System (HMMS) and employee benefits. Performs other related duties as needed.

Monday - Friday (8:00 - 5:00)/ Full-Time
