Job Description:

Receptionists for the Career Services department-phone calls and walk-ins. Scheduling staff appointments, workshops, job fairs employer participants, and etc.
Manage Technology resources including Career Central job board. Serves as a Help Desk for online computer resources. Develop and maintain web-based programs for promotions of Career Services: Website CMS System, GCT4Me CMS System, Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, Blog. Maintain listing of additional job postings. Provide administrative assistance with promotional mail outs and weekly promotional announcements. Provide administrative assistance with departmental requisitions and supply coordination. Organization of Library resources and 4-year college catalogs. Train and provide guidance for college work study students assistance in the department. Other duties, as assigned.

Mon-Thurs 7:45am - 5:00pm
Fri 8:00am - 1:00pm
