Requirements:

An Associate Degree; or a high school diploma and two (2) years experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Word and Excel. Must possess knowledge of basic accounting with ability to process fiscal information for department with detailed accuracy. Plans, organizes, develops, and coordinates administrative procedures for Continuing Education including directing and forwarding correspondence, preparing agendas and reports, scheduling, and maintains files, records and reports for the department and interfacing with various offices both internal and external to the College. Processes purchasing or directs process and maintains inventory control of supplies. Takes care of the department accounts payables, invoices companies and processes purchase orders. Serves as the resource person for potential CE students. Registers all Continuing Education students to include database entry. Inputs course sections and students into the Datatel system. Enters final grades into the Datatel system, maintains course documentation. Assists in managing the online programs and life-enrichment courses. Administers work-keys online testing for potential and current students. Prepares instructor packets, employment agreements and time sheets for the instructional administrators. Enters all CE classes into Meeting Room Manager.

Under general supervision performs a variety of administrative duties to support the activities and administrative tasks for the Department of Continuing Education and Workforce Development.
