Associates degree with two years of administrative work experience. Bachelor's Degree is preferred. Must have strong skills in providing excellent customer service and demonstrate strong ethics. A valid driver's license and safe driving history.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Knowledge of administrative operations, processes, techniques and procedures. Excellent organizational and communication skills. Ability to deal effectively and courteously with internal and external contacts. Ability to type, edit, and proof correspondence and prepare reports. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle multiple tasks with frequent interruptions. Ability to use Microsoft Office and Adobe Illustrator.
Provides general office assignments in support of various departments under the Office of the Vice President for Student Affairs. Performs customer service duties to include screening phone calls and greeting visitors.
