Wages/Salary: Hire Range: $33,494 – $ 47,734 annually
Must have a bachelor's degree; At least two years of recruitment, programming, advisor, or special event experience. A valid driver's license and safe driving history are required. Must have strong skills in providing excellent customer service and demonstrate strong ethics. Preferred Qualifications: Master's degree. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Must have superior written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills and group presentation skills; Provide excellent customer service, operate in a challenging and stressful environment, as well as work independently to meet deadlines. Must have knowledge and experience in event planning.
The Division of Enrollment and Access Management is charged with efforts surrounding the recruitment, enrollment, matriculation, and successful persistence of students at Lander University. The Assistant Director of Campus Visits & Events is responsible for managing undergraduate recruitment events. They will plan, administer, train on, and participate in all special events hosted by the Office of Admissions. This shall include the coordination of the on-campus and off-campus Admissions events. The Assistant Director will supervise the Presidential Ambassador group.
Position Work Hours: 37.5 hours per week.
