Wages/Salary: $9 per hour.
Associate's degree in Park Management or equivalent field. Or have a high school diploma with one (1) year of general park experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Additional Requirements:
Must possess or be able to obtain a valid South Carolina Driver's License. This position requires medium to heavy lifting, walking and standing on uneven terrain, crawling and working at heights. Exposure to weather conditions, cleaning agents and other materials used in maintaining park facilities and grounds. Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing.
Under general supervision, assists with overall park operation, administrative, and maintenance duties in accordance with the Department. Duties will include but are not limited to collecting and accounting for revenue, routine maintenance, and skeet and archery. Assist with operations to include public use areas, retail operations, and other park facilities. Assist with maintaining a safe work environment.
