Required Qualifications
- Must be licensed by the SC LLR as CRCFA or be eligible for licensure.
- Must have at least an Associate degree.
- Ability to manage staff effectively

- Composure: Ability to handle stress, keep calm, and resolve conflict.
- Caring: Willing and able to care for residents on a personal level, developing close relationships with residents, their family, and staff to best assess care needs, look out for resident's safety, health, comfort, and make them feel at home
Job Description:
The Job
- Direct and oversee all operational activities for 24-bed facility
- Maintain regulatory compliance with SC DHEC
- Manage staff effectively and professionally to ensure consistent and effective care for all residents.
- Monitor and document resident’s care status and general facility activities.
- Other managerial and administrative duties as needed
