Job Description:

Daily responsibility to support the Accounting Manager and VP of Finance and Operations by performing tasks and managing assigned projects in a timely, professional manner. The Project Coordinator is a department support professional who assists leadership by assuming ownership of delegated projects – large and small, while managing regular duties of mailroom support and phone coverage. Responsibilities: • General ledger entries • Spread sheet creation • Answer phones/switchboard • Cross train as a backup for all positions – A/P, A/R, Payroll • Mail-pickup, sorting, distribution • Filing • Other duties as assigned
