This position requires a high level of proficiency in the use of CAD design software and the ability to understand a highly technical design. Other key competencies of this position include attention to detail, teamwork, communication and driving for results.

The ideal candidate for this position will have:

? Prior design experience with AP1000 Projects
? A minimum of 3 years design/drafting/modeling experience
? Proficiency in the use of Microstation and/or other CAD software
? Design change and plant configuration control procedure/process experience
? Design experience within the Nuclear industry, including configuration management procedures and processes

Education Requirements:
Associates degree in Computer Aided Design, Drafting Technology or other similar degree or equivalent combination of education and experience

Job Description:

GForce Engineering & Technology, Inc. is seeking multiple qualified Drafters/Designers for contract assignment in Jenkinsville, SC. Interested candidates should have prior nuclear design drafting experience, preferably with experience on the AP1000 Power Plant.

GForce offers an attractive salary/benefits package. This is a long-term contract assignment, so relocation assistance will be provided.

In this position, the Designer / Drafter can expect to perform the following duties:
? Complete applicable training for Site access and as required for the position
? Develop in-depth understanding of applicable design and configuration control procedures
? Develop proficiency with NavisWorks Review and Westinghouse Model Management Extension (WEMMEX) software
? Work with site and home office engineers to develop knowledge of the AP1000 design
? Provide 2D drawing and 3D modeling support using Microstation and other CAD software
? Perform walk-downs to confirm design drawing details and changes
? Modify drawings as required for the disposition of change requests, incorporation of design changes and other related tasks

Schedule:
Period of Performance: September 2015 through August 2018 (3 years). 40 hour work weeks.
