Primary Responsibilities: Respond to inbound calls related to order entry, catalog requests and other inquiries in a manner that supports the Call Center objectives. Provide customer satisfaction, increase sales, and maintain integrity of the Company.
Specific Function: Support the sales effort of the company by increasing the value of each telephone order by offering add-ons, upsells, coordinates and quantity discounts. Assisting customers in problems related to orders and service. Examples of Work Performed
?Promptly accept calls in a warm, friendly and knowledgeable manner.
?Enter orders and catalog request quickly and accurately.
?Increase the Average Order Value
?Follow through with customer call back.
?Advise customers on product, production, quantities, prices and shipping.
?Provide planting recommendations related to growing zones.
?Handle complaints in the best interest of the customer and the company.
?Authorize individual returns and allowances considering company guidelines and warranties/guarantees
?Modify existing orders and make routine adjustments.
?Seek to increase job knowledge and improve job skills
?Respond to all incoming emails.
?Enter orders received through mail.
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
?Knowledge of all company catalog, promotions, products, warranties/guarantees, procedures and websites
?Exhibit knowledge of telephone techniques and speak in a professional manner
?Be optimistic, self-motivated and customer focused.
?Work well and remain calm under stressful situations

?Exhibit a pleasant speaking voice

Reports To: Call Center Group Coach
This is a Seasonal Position with varied hours, specifically from 10:00 AM - 2:00 PM and after 5:00 PM. Perfect for some extra holiday money or for those wanting to work weekends or evenings
5:00 PM on evenings and weekends
