Wages/Salary: Starting pay- 9.00/hour. A raise will be considered upon employee's skills, dependability, and willingness to work.
Employees must:
- Be at least 18 years old
- Have a valid driver's license
- Be able to pass a drug test
- Be willing to work outside
- Be willing to perform sometimes strenuous physical labor
- Show up to work, on time
Employee will be introduced to all general aspects of construction: demolition, footings, concrete, framing, insulation, plumbing, electrical, drywall, roofing, and painting. Jobs may also vary from bush hogging, excavating, and/or brush removal to hanging a light fixture, installing a door knob, repairing a water leak and/or troubleshooting electrical issues.
Pay schedule is weekly, every Thursday for the previous week's pay period (Friday-Thursday). Employee would work for 2 weeks before getting first paycheck. (Ex. Employee starts working Monday, Sept 14 and receives first paycheck on Thursday, Sept 24 for pay period 9-11-20 to 9-17-20, and so on.) Tools will be provided during initial 2 weeks of employment. After that, employee will be required to purchase a few basic tools.
