Job Description:

Statement of the Job
The Center Manager has the overall responsibility for his/her office including meeting/exceeding all financial goals and
profitability; is accountable for and has the authority to properly operate the office on a day-to-day basis; must comply with
all company policies and procedures. The manager must ensure proper customer service and maintain company
standards of Quality in all areas (new business development, collections, etc.)
Duties of the Job
Financial
* 1. Responsible for his/her office including meeting/exceeding all financial goals and profitability.
Operations
* 1. Responsible for collection of all accounts which include: sending past due notices, sending certified letters, field
calls, making phone calls on late accounts, and completing Collection Activity Sheet.
* 2. Responsible for developing new business through: Direct mailings, flyers, visiting financial institutions and area
businesses, and referrals.
* 3. Responsible for daily transactions involving: customer service, approval of new accounts, bank business, closing
delinquent accounts, trial balancing, filing the Daily Report, daily accounting sheet, etc.
* 4. Report any mishaps of day-to-day operations to District Manager
* 5. Interviewing for new staff.
6. Perform other duties or instructions legally required by management.
Human Resources
* 1. Develop schedules for all staff.
* 2. Provide ongoing training for all staff.
* 3. Maintain positive work environment for staff and customers.
* 4. Conduct employee evaluations.
* 5. Report evaluations to District Manager.
Miscellaneous
? 1. Complete the following daily reports: Daily Report, accounting, new customer log, phone log, referral log, etc.
