What You'll Do:

· Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot a variety of automated and semi-automated machining equipment to ensure smooth production flows

· Lead 5S initiatives, maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient workspace

· Perform preventive maintenance to keep equipment in peak condition and minimize downtime

· Conduct quality checks, identify stops, and troubleshoot issues to adhere to IATF 16949 standards

· Collaborate effectively with team members, assist the Team Lead, and adapt to different areas and shift schedules

· Uphold safety, environmental, and ergonomic standards while fostering a positive team environment

· Support continuous improvement and other operational duties as needed

Nice to Have Skills:

· Metalworking and metal fabrication background

· Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and 5S practices

· Certification in machining or related technical fields

· Experience with ergonomic practices and environmental standards

Education and Experience:

· High school diploma or GED equivalent

· Proven machining experience within a manufacturing setting

Schedule:
8 hour shifts working Monday - Friday. Must be available for overtime on weekends.
2nd and 3rd shift positions available
