What You'll Do:

  • Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot a variety of automated and semi-automated machining equipment to ensure smooth production flows
  • Lead 5S initiatives, maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient workspace
  • Perform preventive maintenance to keep equipment in peak condition and minimize downtime
  • Conduct quality checks, identify stops, and troubleshoot issues to adhere to IATF 16949 standards
  • Collaborate effectively with team members, assist the Team Lead, and adapt to different areas and shift schedules
  • Uphold safety, environmental, and ergonomic standards while fostering a positive team environment
  • Support continuous improvement and other operational duties as needed
