High School diploma or Associate Degree in Business Administration. Experience: 1 year of experience in a retail store, and with inventory. Skills:
Familiarity with computers and office procedures, including an understanding of word processing and spreadsheet. Able to self-start, multi-task and learn new technologies quickly. Must possess good technical, communication and interpersonal skills

Job Description:

Function: Run the Company Store so that the employees may purchase CP products and all operations meet Colgate-Palmolive, Co. policies/procedures and financial requirements.


? Operate the Store in accordance with the Company Store Procedure
o All new pricing updated within 48 hrs. of receipt of new pricing
o Adding new products will occur same day
o Monthly validation of all pricing in the resister with price sheets.
o All pet food tickets are correctly labeled & reflect each days inventory
o Product reconcile with invoice & packing slip monthly
? Provide Product Movement Report
? Ensure that the store is fully stocked with the most current products available
? Provide a process for ordering products

Hours of Store:

The Company Store will be opened from Tuesdays 6:30 AM to 9:00 AM & Wednesday 3:30 pm -9:00 pm, when the Facility is operating under normal business hours. In the event that there is a change of normal business (delayed opening / early closing) the store will comply with those hours. The Company Store will not be open during Colgate Holidays or when the building is declared closed. Store hours may be amended in the case of special events. The Clerk hours will be Tuesdays 6:00 AM to 9:30 AM & Wednesday 3:30 PM -9:30 PM.

Service Expectations:
? Inventory is maintained in an organized fashion
? Product is ordered, received and reconciled with packing slips & invoices
? Store is fully stocked Tuesday-Wednesday, with all products in our onsite inventory
? Pricing is accurate and programmed as such in the cash register
? Monthly Product Movement Report provided to the Materials Management Manager
? Annual Audit is conducted with Finance and Inventory balance is with shrinkage allow
? Customer?s products are bagged by the company store clerk
? Misc. Key is not used to record sales
